Pre-Order New Releases Info

A Pre-Order is an order for a NEW item that has not been released yet.

By Pre-ordering you are guaranteeing your stock for shipment as soon as we receive the
stock from the Distributor.

We require payment for PRE-ORDERS within the normal payment time of 3-5 days from the
time you place the Order.

The date we provide in the listing, is a Guide to the release becoming available - this can and sometimes will
change based on the distributor. We will always keep you informed of date changes.

To Put it simply if you are considering ordering a PRE-ORDER item be prepared for the following.

Payment made in Advance of release.
Possible Changes to Release Date.
Shipping by us As soon as the item arrives in our warehouse. ( Sometimes Earlier than the Advertised Date )

How long before you will ship my order
Normally we ship all orders within 3 business days of the Payment received email.

How long will it take for the order to reach me.
Normally from the time we have your payment cleared in our bank we will ship within 3 business days – After that it depends on Australia Post.
We cannot guarantee delivery times – even for express Post.
If you have questions regarding delivery times we suggest you ask your local Post Office.


Can I use my courier to pickup the item.
No - Sorry we only Ship via Australia Post.

I have received a card in the mail saying I have to go to the post office to get my order.

Australia Post leaves these cards when you have not been at home to receive the order.
As it is out of our control we suggest you contact the post office regarding this matter.


I need this game within the next 5 days can you guarantee to get it to me.

NO – we cannot guarantee delivery dates – we will do our best but remember we cannot ship until we have the funds
( shipping happens within 3 business days of a cleared payment).
Once it has left us the rest is up to Australia Post. We suggest you ask your post office.

Console Game Questions

Are your games able to work on Australian consoles.
Yes all of our games come form official Distributors .

Can I play your games on my modified console.
We are unable to confirm if our games will work on modified consoles, as a general rule games that require an online component may not work.

I have a console from overseas – will it work with your games.
As a general rule, they are not compatible.

I am not happy with the game I purchased can I return it for a full refund.
No – we only swap over faulty items with the same one. We suggest you make sure the item you are purchasing is what you are actually after.

What region are your DVD’S.
Most of our DVD’s are region 4. we do have some disk’s that are all region or region 4 and 2 - Please look at the relevant Item listing for more info.


My DVD is skipping or having playback problems.
Please make sure that the disk is not marked or scratched.
Any marks or scratches on a disk can cause this problem.
