Aussie Gamer Order Process

Placing orders with us is a very simple process.

Firstly all of our prices include delivery and GST . There are no other costs involved.

Once you have browsed the website and selected an item you wish to purchase, simply press the Add to Cart button that appears with the listed item.

( If an item has "Add to Watchlist" instead "Add To Cart" – this indicates that the item is either a new release or an out of stock item. Adding it to your watch list will allow us to notify you once the item returns to stock, via email or in the case of a new release we will contact you a few days prior to release to confirm your interest and arrange payment and shipping ).

After you have done this you will see that the selected item appears on the left of the page under the Shopping cart. And that you can see and modify the item under the My Cart page.

When you have finished shopping and wish to proceed with your order please go to the My Cart Page and select checkout.

Note :
( If you are a new member to Aussie Gamer you will need to provide your Name and Address and contact details. Doing this will allow you to create your own personal login to the Aussie Gamer site ).

Once you are logged in under your account you can go to the Delivery information page.

This is where you can confirm your delivery address and add any special requests you may have regarding this order.

Hitting continue takes you to the Payment Information Page. This is where you can select your payment method.

Hitting Continue again takes you to the Order confirmation page. Please carefully read all the information on this page, once you agree to press Confirm Order.

Doing this commits your order to us and we will begin the process of arranging the stock and await your payment.

If you have selected PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal transaction page. Upon completion you will be returned to our site.

If you have selected Bank Deposit, we will email you the required information to enable you to deposit funds into our Commonwealth Bank account. You should receive this email within 30 minutes

On the final page we have quick 1 question survey.

Hitting continue one more time takes you back to the main page. You can view the status of your order at any time by going to My Profile.

Once we receive your payment we will release the goods to you via Australia Post.
